Carlos R Chacón was born in Mexico City with dual citizenship to his American father. He has always continued to travel, invest and create a network of valuable friends and professionals in Mexico and Central America. He came to Texas in 1971 and has been a successful entrepreneur since then. His first start-up, was an IT company that became one of the top Hispanic owned companies in the USA. His companies have ranked 266 in the Hispanic Business Magazine on their top 500 Hispanic Magazine list, and ranked his business as the 11th fastest growing Hispanic Own Company in the country.

For the last 45 years Carlos has consulted for the largest building automation companies in the World. Like Siemens. Honeywell along with the largest construction companies like JE Dunn, Skanska, Turner to name a few.
He also has succeeded in other industries, like fitness. He owed for 15 years a World Gym Franchises that ranking #1 out of 350 in Marketing, becoming part of the advisory board of World Gym International during the ownership of Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Mr. Chacón has been in the information technology industry for over 45 years. He served as Advisory Council to the World Congress on Information Technology 2006 (WCIT 2006) at the request of the Texas Secretary of State. Also, he was appointed to serve as a member of the Texas Skills Board and The Texas & the State Board of Examiners of Psychology by Governor Perry where he served for over 18 years. Appointed by Governor Abbot to the Veterinary Board of Medical Examiners until March of 2021
